Ar. Chandrakant Nathu Dhamne is a seasoned Architect with exceptional expertise in designing and an in-depth, dynamic understanding of Development Plan (DP) regulations. He is the founding pillar of Deore Dhamne Architects, a family-led practice established in 1975, which has been successfully serving the profession for over 50 years.
A graduate in Bachelor of Architecture, Ar. Dhamne has led the firm through multiple generations of planning policies, urban growth cycles, and regulatory frameworks. For him, UDCPR and Building Bye-laws are not just regulations but a guiding framework—enabling him to unlock the highest and most appropriate use of land and property for clients.
During the firm’s formative and growth years, he partnered with Ar. Deepak Deore, together building a strong foundation of trust, technical excellence, and ethical practice. Under his leadership, the firm has delivered architectural and interior design services across a wide range of project scales, including residential, commercial, industrial developments, and large real estate layouts.
Known for his clarity in approvals, planning strategy, and regulatory compliance, Ar. Chandrakant Dhamne remains a go-to authority for feasibility-driven design, land potential optimization, and statutory navigation—continuing to mentor the next generation while upholding the firm’s legacy of precision and reliability.
Team Leader
Ar. Chinmay Dhamne is an Architect, Project Strategist, Real Estate Developer, and a proud father of two. He represents the second-generation leadership of Deore Dhamne Architects, a legacy architectural practice established in 1975.
He holds a Master’s degree in Green Building Sciences from the USA (2008) and brings international exposure combined with strong Indian execution expertise. Before returning to India, he worked in the United States for three years, gaining hands-on experience in sustainable design practices and project delivery systems.
Since joining the family firm in 2011, Ar. Chinmay Dhamne has played a pivotal role in scaling the practice alongside his father and partner, Ar. Chandrakant N. Dhamne. Under his leadership, the firm has expanded its footprint across multiple states in India, delivering Architectural Design, Interior Design, Project Management Consultancy, and Real Estate Advisory services.
His portfolio spans a wide spectrum of project typologies including residential and commercial developments, industrial buildings, heliports, large-scale infrastructure projects, and real estate land layouts. Known for his strategic approach, Chinmay integrates design thinking with feasibility, regulations, and ROI-driven planning—making him a trusted advisor to developers, institutions, and government bodies alike.

Ar. Shilpa Dhamne is an Architect, Project Strategist, mother of two, and a curator of quiet aesthetics. With a rare blend of global project management expertise and refined design sensibility, she plays a pivotal leadership role at Deore Dhamne Architects.
She holds a Master’s degree in Construction Management from the USA and has professional experience with a Fortune-100 Project Management Consultancy firm in the United States, where she worked on large, process-driven projects with high standards of delivery and coordination.
At the firm, Ar. Shilpa Dhamne leads an in-house team of 25 architects and engineers, overseeing Project Management, Design Management, Operations, and Production for architectural and interior design projects. Team leadership, workflow structuring, and execution control are her core strengths—ensuring clarity, efficiency, and consistency across all project stages.
She also excels in government tendering, including bid strategy, technical documentation, compliance alignment, and proposal preparation—making her a key force behind the firm’s success in public-sector projects.
Her design philosophy is rooted in quiet minimalism—clean lines, soft tones, and practical, thoughtful choices. She believes in creating spaces that feel lived-in, warm, and effortless, curating beauty that endures rather than following trends that fade.
